Thank you for taking the time to create and submit a clip for Music Remyx. Please fill out the following form as complete as possible. After submission, it will be placed into the queue to be included in an upcoming show.

Submission Standards: Please make the clip about 5 minutes in length. This is a soft number based on the length of the song. Please encode the clip at a minimum of 128 kbps. A higher bit rate is recommended if possible.
